“A Musical Morning for young learners and parents too !”

Musicfor America is partnering with Deerfield Beach Kiwanis and the Historical Society through a grant partnership with the NEA and the Florida Division of Culture in “Music for Families”, a hands-on experience with each of the orchestral instrument families, sharing excitement first-hand of “making music”, encouraging young people to study an instrument. Presentations will include participation in craft and rhythmical activities for all attendees, allowing parents and siblings to share the musical experience. This 4 section project will be presented with Strings in February, Woodwinds in March, Brass in April and Percussion in May.
