“Music For Families” is an  interactive presentation of orchestral instruments. Designed by Musicfor America, it’s aimed at children and adults curious about the musical world. It is structured around 4 musical presentation, in each of which an instrumental family is featured: strings, woodwinds, brass and percussion. Performance examples alternate with demonstrations of European and American music. In each meeting, professional musicians from Musicfor America demonstrate the instruments, their physical structure and their tonal and dynamic possibilities. They interact with the attendees, who can touch and try out the instruments. An opportunity to deepen appreciation for music and the various musical instruments which enrich our lives when played with skill and love.
